Introducing our HERA 2.60 Ring.At its heart is a 2.60ct O-P color VS2 clarity true antique Cushion Cut diamond. Believed to have been cut by hand nearly a century ago, this diamond carries the unmistakable character of a true antique stone. Its proportions are beautifully imperfect, with a naturally asymmetrical shape that falls somewhere between a round and a cushion giving it a silhouette that feels completely unique.
True antique Cushion Cuts were hand-cut long before modern cutting techniques allowed for the precise symmetry and standardized proportions we see today. Rather than being cut to maximize brilliance by today’s standards, these diamonds were shaped by eye, resulting in broader facets, softer reflections, open culets, and an individuality that makes every stone different.
We decided to set it in 18K yellow gold with an eight-prong bezel setting—a nod to classic antique jewelry, reinterpreted with a clean, modern sensibility. The setting frames the unusual shape of the diamond while allowing its character to take center stage.
HERA is a celebration of everything we love about antique diamonds: warmth, imperfection, history, and a beauty that cannot be replicated.
