We don’t require a minimum spend for custom projects—every piece starts with your vision, not a price tag.

Timelines can vary depending on the design and diamond selection, but on average, the custom jewelry process takes approximately 2 weeks from start to finish. Some pieces require more time depending on their complexity and materials.

Yes, pieces from our existing collection can often be customized, depending on the design.

Yes, most of our necklaces and bracelets can be customized to different lengths upon request. Please reach out with the specific piece and desired length, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Yes, our rings can be resized. We offer complimentary resizing up to 1.5 sizes up or down. Resizing beyond that may incur an additional cost, depending on the design.

Bespoke pieces are made to your exact specifications and, as such, are final sale and not eligible for return.

An engraved ring is carefully made to your specific request and can unfortunately not be returned or exchanged.
