Our bespoke process begins with diamond and design discovery. We present a curated selection of diamonds and settings based on your preferences, prepare a proposal once the direction feels right, and reserve your diamond with a deposit. From there we create computer-modeled renderings, refine every detail with you, and produce a silver or wax cast of the ring for your approval before moving into final production.

Yes. We encourage it. We can arrange for you to view diamonds virtually via video or in person at our New York City studio before making any decisions. Seeing a diamond in real life — or as close to it as possible — is always part of our process.

Yes. We work with both natural and lab-grown diamonds and guide you through options based on character, warmth, and what feels right for you — including antique cuts, modern cuts, warm-toned diamonds, and champagne diamonds. The choice between natural and lab-grown is a personal one and we are happy to walk you through the differences.

Our bespoke process starts from $6,000. Final pricing depends on the diamond, metal, setting, and design complexity. We discuss budget early in the process so we can find the right direction for you. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers for custom commissions.

Yes. Once the design direction is agreed and the diamond is selected, we require a deposit to reserve the stone and begin production. We will walk you through the payment structure during your consultation.

 From first design conversation to delivery, our custom engagement rings typically take 3 to 4 weeks. This includes the design process, diamond selection, and crafting the piece by hand in our New York City studio. More intricate designs may take a little longer. If you have a proposal date in mind, let us know and we will do our best to align the timeline.

Both. Depending on the design, we can adapt pieces from our existing collection or create something entirely new from the ground up. We will advise on what's possible during your consultation.

Once your piece is complete we quality-check it in our studio and offer either NYC pickup or fully insured shipping. We are happy to arrange whichever works best for you.
