We stand behind the craftsmanship of our pieces and offer a limited warranty on all Mati jewelry. If your item shows signs of damage from everyday wear within 90 days of purchase, please get in touch with us via email. We’ll assess the issue and recommend the best course of action. To complete any repairs, all original components—including stones and parts—must be returned with the piece.
For repairs requested after the warranty period, we review each case individually and will do our best to help restore your piece.

We offer both natural and lab-grown diamonds, depending on your preference. Our natural diamonds are GIA certified, responsibly sourced, and hand-selected by us to reflect the standard of quality we hold for our jewelry.
We also work with lab-grown diamonds, IGI certified or GIA upon request. Each stone is carefully chosen for D–G color and VS+ clarity, so that each piece meets the highest standards of beauty and quality. Our fine jewelry is crafted in your choice of 14K or 18K gold, with platinum available upon request.
One-of-a-kind pieces may vary in materials, but all are made with the same care and intention as our core collection.
